There are two wash bays and integrated rubber pads in the centre aisle that make horse care easy and enjoyable.

Outside, eight winter paddocks and eight summer paddocks are equipped with non-freeze footings and water taps. The covered manure storage also prevents run off and complies with new government regulations.
